This is the Lite version of My Patients. It is fully functional but it has the limit that you can add only 7 patients.<br /><br />The purpose of this application is to store informations on Patients that you have visited in your ambulatory or in an other hospital, but you can use it to store whatever information you want on your patients.<br />You can store text information and images (up to 5).<br />You can easily search text by name, diagnosis, and clinical notes.<br /><br />You can directly send a pre-formatted Email with all the informations to an user defined (in the control panel) Email address (i.e. your secretary) to program the hospital admission.<br /><br />Your database can be exported as CSV file (comma delimited text) and imported in any other database on your desktop computer.<br />Also images can be exported to your camera roll or downloaded via Ftp with any Web Browser.<br /><br />On mysurgery.weebly.com you can find a Mac dedicated program to upload or download images and csv file to/from your iPhone from/to your desktop computer.<br /><br />Requires OS 3.1.2.<br /><br />(Data input will show only for the first patient the name of the edited field and you have to overwrite it. After the fifth patient, to speed the input process, the name of the edited field is shown on the title of the window)Advertisement

Klinische anesthesiologie – Medicatie bestaat uit een lijst van 191 veelgebruikte anesthesiologische medicatie. De informatie bestaat onder andere uit:<br />- dosering;<br />- eigenschappen;<br />- werkingsmechanismen;<br />- indicaties;<br />- waarschuwingen;<br />- farmacologie.<br />Het is een afspiegeling van de gangbare anesthesiologische praktijk in een gemiddeld Nederlands ziekenhuis. Om die reden kunnen doseringen afwijken van de geadviseerde dosering door de fabrikant of het Farmacotherapeutisch Kompas.<br /><br />De applicatie is met name geschikt voor de anesthesioloog (in opleiding), coassistent en anesthesiemedewerker.<br /><br />Binnenkort verschijnt het nieuwe boek ‘Klinische anesthesiologie’ onder redactie van Noordzij, Klimek en Stamer.
